Two forms I printed earlier filled out, scanned, and their digital versions sent back. Done and done. I swear to you, these better be the last forms I need to fill out. I am so over it.
My plan for tomorrow is to do no adulting at all. None, zip, zilch, nada.
The printer Lin bought many months ago, which has been sitting in the foyer all this time, has been unboxed, plugged in, and set up. Well, not completely set up. Lin's computer isn’t seeing it yet, but that’s not my problem. It works perfectly with my iPad!
The two pages I needed to print that both the nearby places that do printing were incapable of getting done anytime soon (for reasons unknown) have been printed. Tomorrow, I will fill them out, scan them, and send them back. For today, my adulting is at an end.
I regret every minute of every one of the eight hours we wasted watching Beacon 23 on Amazon Prime this week, and I will not be giving MGM+ money to see season two. It was all terrible. Just awful. We should have bailed on it much earlier.🤬
The only positive thing I can say about how this day has gone is that I picked up my prescriptions without any problems (for the first time).
Everything else that needed doing? Nothing but problems.
I actually managed to sleep, snack, cuddle cats, play video games, and sit on the porch staring at nothing while drinking lemonade for as long as I wanted without my phone ringing, my email pinging, or any pesky adulting getting in the way.
It’s a shame I know tomorrow will not be more of the same, but at least I had today. I really needed a day off from it all.
