There continues to be an army of cops on my street, and the cop chopper has been buzzing overhead nonstop. I’ve been listening to the scanners, but the folks outside appear to be radio silent or chattering on back channels. It’s insane out there, and I feel there should be some way for citizens to know what the fuck the cops are doing on their street late at night. I mean, I’m not gonna walk out there to ask, because I’d like to not get shot by a scared cop (and they wouldn’t tell me anything anyway, I used to go ask).
