Slept in a bit, because I stayed up late fretting about the sick cat. When the husband woke me up before he left for work, the cats acted as though they hadn’t been fed in a week, which would be normal, seeing as they didn’t get breakfast. But when I got to the kitchen, I discovered someone had knocked the treat container I stupidly left in a cat accessible spot onto the floor and managed to get it open. There were a lot of treats gone.
I put a little food in their bowls, so they’d stop experiencing empty bowl syndrome, but these cats were not hungry. Bunch of little liars.
