Got an email from our ISP informing me they are changing their online payment system the first week of February. I will have to sign up for a whole new account in order to pay my bill online, because we are all getting new account numbers. Said numbers will only appear on the paper statement you receive in the mail, which I don’t, because I’m paperless. This number is needed to create said new account, because of course you do.

I feel like any system change that requires all your clients getting new account numbers and setting up new payment accounts is a dumb system change. It’s just gonna cause chaos. I wonder how many paperless bill people didn’t bother to read the spammy looking email today?
