The #Sims4 For Rent expansion pack hype train has come to a unexpectedly sudden and loudly screeching halt. The Sims community hopped out of bed today and chose violence. Gamers being outraged about stupid shit is my favorite comedy genre, so I’ve just been sitting here swimming in the drama and cackling.
Imagine someone typing a comment to complain about a brief load screen when moving between apartments that begins with "Stop catering to casual players!" I laughed so hard, I almost peed myself. I mean, it’s the Sims. It’s not freaking Call of Duty. Now I want to ask this person what a hardcore Sims player does differently from a filthy casual. 🤣
