The oven pilot light going out once is a fluke. The windows were open, it was windy, I opened the door too fast. Whatever. It going out twice in one week is a problem that will need looking into. I don’t quite think my back is up to taking apart an oven to get at the pilot light (the door is stupidly heavy), but I did manage to get on the floor to light the thing and get back up again without assistance. My back continues to get better, which is why I won’t be lifting any oven doors just yet.
