Yesterday, I finally played around with the new purge mechanics in . (A purge is when an army of NPC enemies attack your base, try to kill you and your thralls, and steal your treasures.) I’ve been enjoying it!

There are lots of things to consider, such as base design, defenses, difficulty scaling. There are ten levels, and I’ve successfully survived the first five. It’s gotten a little hard, so now I need to consider next steps to improve my defenses. If I add more thralls, it’s going to increase the difficulty, so instead I’m going to focus on defensive base design. Right now myself, ten guard thralls, and one follower (all mostly max level) have been keeping them from reaching the treasure room and managing to slay them all. Yay!
