Been in bed a while. Can’t sleep. A strange beeping, a coocoo clock, Mom watching Fox News at top volume in the other room, perfumed sheets. Kill me now.

I forced Mom to watch Daily Show and Colbert Report. She enjoyed them except for the M. Albright interview. Boy, my mom hates her!

My mother’s dial-up internet access number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Tech support is in India. The horror.

I’m lying in bed thinking of going back to sleep. More dreams of iridescent bunnies would be nice!

The sun is out and bright! Feels so good to sit in my back yard with a frosty mug of rootbeer and soak up some rays.

My pink hardhat came today!!! OMG! It’s awesome!

It’s definitely screaming for something Hello Kitty on it, and the v shape on top is almost begging for rhinestones. Though, to be honest, I am totally in love with it just the way it is. I can’t wait to go to work with Lin again!
