The mailman came hours ago, but I forgot I was expecting something in the mail, so I putz around getting out there to see what he’d deposited in our box today. I should have gone out sooner! My new blood glucose meter arrived! I can’t believe I forgot it was on the way.

It’s very nice. It also has a bunch of features and functions and an instruction manual I need to read to explain them all. I’m very excited!

If it’s wrong to be excited about medical equipment, I don’t want to be right.
