Looks like the commuter trains in Austin will be sitting around doing nothing a little longer. Yes, another delay. There are still problems with some of the crossing signal gates, reports that should have been done and weren’t, and now issues with the signal that tells trains what speed to move.
It’s not like we had to invent the wheel to get this project going. There are cities around the world with perfectly good commuter train systems. I’m not understanding why it is Cap Metro can’t seem to get their act together and get the pathetic excuse for commuter trains in Austin up and running.
