I almost killed my seedlings. Because I have them outside –on a table under a tree where they only get a couple hours full sunlight– I have to water them twice a day. It’s hot, you know, and those pots are small. Well, I meant to water them before I went to take a nap, but I forgot. Oops.

As soon as I woke up, I ran out to check on them, and they were all fallen over, wilted and shriveled, and looking quite dead. I watered them anyway and went back into the house grumbling about my inability to keep seedlings in small pots alive.

Thirty minutes later, I went to check on them. I totally expected them to still be wilted and dead, but no! They were all perked up and healthy looking again! If I can manage not to kill them in some other way, these are going to be some hardy plants.
