Yet again, a change in my opinion of Lion Brand Yarns. They now officially have enough gold stars to counter an black blots … enough for me to say they rock!
My interaction with their customer service today was amicably resolved with only one email, and it was resolved to my satisfaction with no hassle whatsoever. This so rarely happens in the world today, I find myself stunned into near silence.
They have retained me as a customer, which is good for both of us. I like most of their yarn, and quite frankly, I don’t know what I would replace them with if I had to do so. They continue to get my money, and I can continue to buy their yarn and be happy about it.
Now all I have to do is be patient for my wool to arrive so I can get to work on that project I have been trying to get to work on for over a month now!!! Oh how waiting sucks!
