Just a quick reminder that Warehouse 13 starts tonight on the SciFi Channel. I mean Syfy now that they have gone all radical with their new branding (snort, chortle, snort).

Also, someone in the household just got a letter calling them for jury duty. It isn’t me. I am still on my two years of freedom, so Lin is the one who will be grumpy about it this time. I wonder if he’ll get out of it (by being as annoying, opinionated, and picky about stuff as I am)? My luck finally ran out, so his will too eventually.

The cable payment finally went through the bank. Of course, the PayXpress site still says it’s pending and the stupid telephone system still says I still owe what I just paid, so who knows if Time Warner is aware they have received a payment or not. Well, they aren’t getting any more money out of me until next month. As far as I am concerned, the bill has been paid, seeing as they removed the money from my account. Once again, better be sorted by morning.

My toe is very, very unhappy. It doesn’t hurt as bad as it did the first day, but it’s damn close. I guess there will be no driving for a while yet. Dammit! I hate feeling like I am stuck at the house, even when I really don’t have any plans to go anywhere.

But oatmeal chocolate chip cookies make everything better. OK, they don’t really make anything better, but they sure do taste good. :lol:
