I didn’t watch Bush give his little going away interview the other day. I heard some clips on the news, and then I went and read it. I just can’t stand to watch the guy speak. I started just reading all his speeches about four or more years ago. At least that way, I don’t have to look at him.

The Daily Show summed up most of my feelings precisely.

There may be a rant about the still current administration, because there are things to rant about … like the whole “we don’t don’t torture” thing. I stopped ranting about that a long time ago too, because what was the point. It’s not possible to argue when people keep redefining words to mean what they want them to mean. But lately, the torture our government now so obviously took part in has been sticking in my craw again. For now, this video, in case you hadn’t seen this clip on the news anywhere.
