I've never had an indoor/outdoor cat before, but this one seems to prefer that. I'm thinking of setting up the laundry room with a kitty bed, and food and water and moving her to the back yard. She could get into the laundry room whenever she wants (heaven knows every other critter in the area does), like if it rains and we aren't here to let her in.

We still aren't sure if we can keep her, but it seems to be working out a little better every day. She's just SO cute and sweet!

Last year a black kitten wandered into our yard and I adopted him. I introduced him to the outside big dogs just to get them familiar with each other. I was afraid the dogs would hurt him but after a week they were cool with each other.
He's so lovable, our mean big old dog that hated all cats now likes cats and even SLEEPS with the kitty. I named him Noite and I'm so glad I kept him. He's an indoor/outdoor cat but he doesn't stray away into other people's yards. He stays here and just goes from our backyard to our front yard. :fuzza:
