Who knew Bush got up so early? He was just speaking live on the TV. I didn’t actually hear what he said. It took a while for me to realize it wasn’t a clip on the news but an actual speech at this hour of the day, and then, I don’t really care what he has to say anyway. Fact is, I just finished reading the latest bailout plan, so I probably know as much about it as he does. Or more. After all these years, the guy still looks and sounds clueless when he’s speaking, no matter the topic.

Still … who knew he could be dressed, awake, and in front of a microphone and capable of reading his statement so early in the morning?! And who exactly is listening to him at this hour? I was sitting right here awake and not getting ready for work, and I didn’t hear him until it was too late. Not that I would have made any more effort to listen to him had I known he would be speaking. I have heard enough from him over the years (and years and years).
