If I had to guess, I would say I probably won’t be posting much, if at all, for the next few days and maybe longer. I’m having a situation … a bit of a crisis.

Don’t worry too much. You know we always get through things. Just send good vibes my way, pray if you like, because I could use some of that right now.

I’ll probably be making a filtered Livejournal post about it later. If you aren’t on LJ and want to know what’s going on, just send me an email at JustOrb at gmail.com, and I’ll send it out as a group email too. I just don’t have the desire to talk about it out in the open right now.

So anyway, expect some silence.

I turned on the news this morning, and parts of Austin, some only a few miles away from us, were hit with very high winds and large hail last night. A bunch of people are without electricity this morning. It’s pretty crazy, because all we got was rain. I’m glad that’s all we got, because my plants were all out in the driveway last night.

They are predicting more severe storms tonight. I think I’ll be moving my plants up on the porch before any of that gets here. I’ve been lucky so far. No need to press that luck any further. I’m keeping my fingers crossed anyway. I really don’t want to go through large hail and high winds in this house again. It was scary enough the last time.

The weather could get better now. My yard is the soggy mess it becomes when there’s too much rain, and I am tired of the gloom, as well as being tired of wondering every night when I go to bed if I will be awakened by some kind of crazy storm.
