Rantus Interruptus

Well, dammit. I have to go to the library before I can rant about what I want to rant about. Yes, boys and girls, the world’s wealth of information is not entirely available on the internet. Actually, I think that’s part of the problem with intellectualism, scholarly learning, and a great many other things. Everyone thinks everything is on the internet, and they all seem to think that what is on the internet is god’s given truth. News flash: While there is a load of knowledge freely available on the internet for everyone to use, the vast majority of the internet is one big op-ed column full of carefully concealed bias and opinion. Keep that in mind every time you click a link and open a web page.

So my rant is on hold until at least tomorrow. I’ll just keep scribbling in my notebook in the meantime.

There are quite a few rants brewing in my little head. I must be feeling better.

Here is a rant for you to check-up on. What is with all these UFO sightings of late. Recently Texas has had their fair share, and now over the weekend FL and AZ. I hope they’re friendly.

I caught part of a UFO Hunters show last week or so about the ones in Texas. The two weirdest things about the ones in Texas was how many average normal people saw something in that area and the map they showed with all the UFO sitings across Texas for several months … a huge swath running from about Dallas to Houston.

I’m of two minds about the Texas ones: the government is testing something or there’s some sort of strange atmospheric thing going on we haven’t seen before.

I’ll have to read about the latest ones when I get back from afternoon errands. I saw one of the photos already. Odd indeed!
