Since I seem to get more done around the house and in my life when I declare a Goof Off Day as compared to when I declare a Gotta Get Busy Day, I am declaring today a Goof Off Day in order to get some things done. The last three days, I have been running in circles and just not getting much done. It’s been a crazy week, and I don’t have anything to show for it!

The important things that really had to get done have been done, and now it’s just down to catching up on the housework that got put off so I could do those things. If I can manage to get the dishes done, the bathroom cleaned, and a few loads of laundry washed while simultaneously playing as much Aloha Solitaire as I want, I will call this a good day.

But first, I need to go run the cats ragged until they fall asleep. I have switched to feeding them in the mornings again, which has caused the positive response of very attentive and loving (begging) cats in the evening, but it also has caused the negative response of cats going crazy right when I am usually least able to stop what I am doing to deal with their shenanigans. Crazy, crazy cats!
