The weather is simply awful this morning. It never fails on the days when I absolutely have to leave the house for some reason, the weather is simply awful. I also wanted to dust, sweep and vacuum this morning, and it’s so dark in the house, there’s no way to do any of that well. Sort of hard to deal with dust and dirt when you can’t see it. The lighting in this house really sucks. :(

I think I’ll go back to bed for a while. Maybe the weather will get better later, though the weatherman didn’t seem to think it would. I need the rest anyway. I have still not really gotten a good night’s sleep yet. It’s been about a week, and it’s seriously starting to suck. I’m not sleepy right now either, but maybe if I cuddle up with the cats and listen to the rain my brain will decide sleep is a good thing.

If the weather isn’t better later, I guess I will be putting off the errands until tomorrow, and we’ll be having cabbage, bean and sausage soup for dinner. Well, we’ll probably have that anyway, but if I get to the store, we’d have more options than just that one. Options are good. :)
