Heard on TV

“One of Clinton’s laws of politics is, if one candidate is trying to scare you, and the other one is trying to make you think, if one candidate’s appealing to your fears, and the other one’s appealing to your hopes. You better vote for the person who wants you to think and hope.”

HAHHHAHAHA
We were watching some round table discussion about the election on PBS, and they showed a clip of that. I had to look it up, because how freaky, right? Here we have H.C. running her “3 am” ad all over Texas going for the fear vote, and back then they were all about hope not fear. Uh huh. From what I can tell, the Clintons are all about saying whatever it takes to keep them powerful.
I saw that the Obama campaign has borrowed Neil Gaiman’s duel in hell. You struck me as someone who might be familiar with that.

If not it’s in the last line.
Now that brought me a giggle this rainy morning.
