Could we please stop beating the dead horse subject of whether or not McCain is eligible to run for president? Please? If a baby born of two American citizens outside the country while serving said country in the military isn’t able to run for president, the USA is more screwed up than I feared. I don’t like the guy either, but it’s a stupid, stupid argument.
Speaking of McCain: Dude, you cannot call it a “town hall meeting” if you are having it at a corporate office in front of a small selection of said corporation’s employees. “Town hall meeting” implies the town is invited. You know, the public … us grubby little people down here in the trenches buying those computers from Dell. The media has been calling this his “corporate tour,” and that’s exactly what it is. All his appearances in the area have been just like the one at Dell, except for the luncheons that require a person to spend $1000-$2300, depending on how badly you want a photo of yourself with the man. These events tell me a lot about a future with McCain in the White House: corporations first … grubby little citizens last, if at all. In other words, same old same old, huh?
