The current debate at Casa de Orb is how to get downtown for the rally. I had planned to take the bus, but then I looked at the schedule, and almost an hour on a public bus that will likely be crowded more so than usual, doesn’t sound all that appealing. Of course, locating and paying for parking downtown doesn’t sound all that appealing either. Tough call.

Lin’s grumbling, because I don’t think he wants to go anyway. I’m going to make him go. He makes me go to all kinds of things I don’t want to go to, and the last time I forced him to do something against his will was when we went to the Austin Museum of Art to hear awful music and look at even worse art. I believe I am entitled to making him do something undesirable at least once a year. ;)

Which still doesn’t help with the decision of driving vs. bus riding. Both options suck. I’m leaning towards driving, if only for the fact the last bus home leaves at 11 pm sharp, and what if we want to stay downtown longer? You never know. Things might be happening. It might be fun! Or it could totally suck and we will wish we hadn’t bothered at all and just watched it on TV. :lol:
