Tonight’s grand kitchen experiment was Taco Pizza with a crispy cornmeal crust. It was so good, we ate it all and forgot to take photos. Having homemade pizza two nights in a row rocked too. :D
I am now prepared to declare the new crispy, thin pizza crust recipe ready for sharing. As soon as I am not so stuffed I can barely move or think, I will post it. Those of you brave enough to work with an oven hotter than the center of the sun are going to love it. The dough itself is so quick and easy, you can’t really go wrong with it, but working with a 500 degree oven presents a whole new set of variables and hazards. :uhoh:
I have definitely decided I require a brick oven in the back yard. Then we can have pizza every night. Pizza … and bread.
