
OK. I’m going to brag. Dinner tonight was incredible.
Here’s the quidelines (not quite a recipe) for the creamy dill sauce:
Two parts sour cream with one part mayonnaise, a tablespoon of lemon juice, fresh dill finely minced (I used two tablespoons with a full cup of the previous ingredients), a dash of salt, and pepper to taste.
Goes great with pork, but would probably be good with a lot of things … like smeared on freshly baked bread, which is what I am going to do with the leftover bit when I next feel the urge for a snack.
