Oven Love

That would be the oven I was lusting over during the video post I uploaded today. I must have this range. The chances of me ever getting this range are exactly zilch, but all the same, I will want this range for the rest of my life. It is the perfect range for someone who loves to cook but doesn’t have a mansion-sized kitchen to put appliances in … like me, for example.
Two … count them … TWO OVENS!

I love that oven. I just got a new one about four months ago because I couldn’t stand the old one anymore. I hate that I had to buy electric though… One piece of advice: If you can afford to get convection-go for it. It bakes the most beautiful, even colored tops on bread!
I haven’t fondled this one in person yet, but oh yeah, I am in oven love. Pretty much to the point of rolling on the floor holding my breath and begging for it. Will probably not be getting a new one, but at least I now know what I want in a stove. I hadn’t seen any I liked before. Progress, I guess.
I think this one comes with a convection option. I’ll have to look into that. Would be nice for the bread!
