So what do you do when you have a lot of smallish, mild peppers and a bunch of ground meats? You stuff some peppers, of course!

Last night’s dinner turned out quite tasty. If you have large enough banana peppers, you can actually stuff them, and they are GOOD! The filling is ground pork with garlic, salt and pepper. The sauce, used both on the cooked meat and on the stuffed peppers is ketchup, worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and lemon juice mixed to taste. They were so good, I wish I had made more! :D
