Just split one of the dinner rolls with Lin. It’s much different from the bread I was making before. It’s more like what Lin expects bread to be. Nothing at all wrong with my other bread, but it is a dense loaf. He wanted something a little lighter. I may or may not have achieved that. We won’t really know until we cut the full loaf later.

I still think I need smaller bread pans. We lost a loaf to mold this week. Two people don’t need as much bread as I have been making. I’m sure we could eat it all, if we tried, but then we would weight ten thousand pounds.
