The crazy neighbors are on a tree killing spree this weekend. Lin said Linda came over yesterday and informed him they might be in our backyard in order to get to some of the trees they want to whack. Lin informed them that no they wouldn’t be in our backyard. How would they get in anyway? The gate only opens from the inside, so I guess they planned to crawl over their (our) fence.
At the moment, there’s most of a small tree fallen over on our side of the fence. I don’t imagine they plan to climb the fence to clean that mess up, so it can sit there until it rots for all I care.
And so help me god, if they whack down a single tree that is fully on our side of the property line, there will be hell to pay. Lin is telling me to shut up and get over it, but hell no. I like trees, and I am not having those losers chopping down MY trees. So if I see them going after one of my trees, Lin better physically restrain me, because I am not going to shut up and get over it. My limit for putting up with them in order to keep the peace around here was reached some time ago. Yes, we have to live here. So do they, and there isn’t any law on the books that says I have to be the doormat in this situation. Perhaps they should just shut up and get over the fact I don’t want to live in concrete hell with no grass or trees or plants as they seem to want to live.
If I had some thousands of dollars right this minute, I would call a fencing company, chop down all the trees on the property line and put in an 8 foot tall privacy fence (which, incidentally is what the neighbor man does for a living — and no I am not hiring him) … but only on that one side, since that’s the only neighbor I need privacy from.
I better go get dressed in case I need to run out into the backyard and chain myself to a tree. :puh:
Take pictures of the tree in case they decide to chop it down.. HATE neighbors.
Oh one tree is now down. One of our trees. I have already drained the batteries on my camera taking photos of everything. Court case coming soon.
