Well, the bread dough is rising, and boy, does it smell like bread in the kitchen. Maybe I will end up with edible bread after all. Still a ways to go though. It needs to rise for about another half hour, then it needs to rise a second time until it doubles its size. The recipe gives no clue how long that might take. Dinner is going to be very late tonight. I should have started earlier, but we were out and about, and I was lazy. Good thing we ate such a late lunch.
