I woke up with a headache this morning, so I went back to bed for a while after getting the morning coffee made. Felt good to sleep in a bit. Didn’t feel all that much better when I got up the second time, but at least I am well rested.

Already got the laundry done, actually ate a real lunch for a change, and I ran the vacuum over the den and living room rugs. Later I’ll iron the few things that need it, make dinner, and do the dishes, and that’s it on the housework for the day. I’d love to throw some more junk out, but our trash bin is stuffed full, and no way am I paying $2 for an extra bag. I actually think it’s more than that if you don’t go buy the stickers first. Either way, I can wait until tomorrow after they pick up the trash to throw more junk out. While I am watching TV tonight, I can use that time to go through old magazines and cut out the one or two things I was keeping them for, and then I’ll have something to throw out that should have gone out ages ago. That and the stack of newspapers in the corner of the living room. Those are SO going in the trash tomorrow.

I used my afternoon catching up on reading blogs and comments at locations other than my web site. Now that Lin is home and working here in the office, I’m going to go work on this month’s artist trading cards. The theme is Back to School, and I have all sorts of ideas I want to try out, and I have a nice big CLEAN table to work on!
