Aside from the fact I’d really like to take a nap, the only thing troubling my little brain today is whether or not to order pizza for dinner. I know … it’s such a huge crisis. :lol:

Nap or no nap, I don’t think I am going to feel like cooking tonight, and there isn’t anything resembling instant food in the house. Normally Friday is pizza night, but we skipped pizza night last week. I am having pizza withdrawals. Also, I have a coupon for a free medium one topping pizza when I order our usual speciality pizza, which means … I could be a totally lazy slug and not cook tomorrow night too. I think it sounds like an excellent plan, but there might be some grumbling from the spousal unit. Not that he doesn’t like pizza, but he gets grumpy when pizza night happens on any night but Friday. And he says I’m the one who’s stuck in boring routines. :rolleyes:

The only other crisis in my life is waiting for the second camera to arrive. Initially, it was supposed to arrive by the 20th (today), but now the arrival date says July 20th to August 3rd. All I can say is … it better arrive at some point. I’m not worried about getting my money back if something goes wrong, because Amazon has been pretty good about that with friends of mine who had problems buying from merchants there. What I am worried about is having to hand over MY camera to my mother and me being left sans camera again … because you know if only one camera shows up, it will have to go to my mom if there is to be any hope of having a normal and happy life at Casa de Orb. So yeah, the other camera better show up really soon, and it better be in perfect condition. How freaking long can it take to get to Texas from Georgia using standard shipping for heaven’s sake? I ordered the thing on the 12th! :peoples:

I’ve been having fun with the camera though. Nothing much to show off yet, but I am finally getting a chance to check out all the cool features and get a feel for what works and what doesn’t. I love my camera. Due to the weather being so excruciatingly hot, I haven’t gotten to go anywhere to take pics or video of anything interesting, but this awful heat wave has to let up eventually … doesn’t it?

Well, no sense stressing on the camera situation when the larger crisis of what to do about dinner is hovering over my head like the Sword of Damocles. I think I’ll go sleep on it and see what my decision is when I wake up from a little nap-time.
